    45 minute Power Vinyasa Style classes focused on building strength, lengthening the spine, and challenging your balance. Recommended for individuals with intermediate yoga experience.

    Focused on individuals who struggle with anxiety/anxiousness. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a journal, a pen, some water, and take a comfortable seat. You will learn techniques to support self-care for anxiety through breathing, meditation, and journaling. (mat/props optional.)
