Power Vinyasa I + Guided Meditation
​
75 minute Power Vinyasa Style classes focused on building strength, lengthening the spine, and challenging your balance.( 2-3 Muscle Action Drills are offered during sequence in addition to 1 challenging ‘peak posture’.) This is an exhilarating, refreshing and energizing class that links breath and movement; becoming meditation in motion. Power I + Guided Meditation features a 15 minute guided Savasana. Perfect for beginners with some knowledge.

Power Vinyasa II

60 minutes Power Vinyasa Style class focused on building strength, lengthening the spine, and challenging your balance.( 3-5 Muscle Action Drills are offered during sequence in addition to challenging transitions with inversion(s) offered.)This is an exhilarating, refreshing and energizing class that links breath and movement; becoming meditation in motion.

Hip Hop HIT w| Weights
​
60 minute class that incorporates natural body weight drills and weighted drills with high-intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie-burning effect. Recommended weight use/size between 2lb-10lb. These classes are sure to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing.

Slow Flow [Silent + Soul]
60 minute mix of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga style class focused on traditional yoga postures with a longer hold in foundational/grounding poses to support safety and alignment. Focused on providing a slower pace in order to support educating students who may be in the beginning stages of their yoga journey. All levels welcome. Silent Slow Flow is a silent class while Soul Slow Flow is based to musical themes of new and old R&B, Indie, and Soul.
