Foundational Vinyasa

60 minute Power Vinyasa-style class focused on traditional yoga postures with a longer hold in foundational/grounding poses to support safety and alignment. Connecting your breath to your movement throughout this class is key to enjoy the challenge and intensity of flowing through class at a slower pace. All levels welcome.

Power Vinyasa I + Guided Meditation

60 & 75 minute Power Vinyasa Style classes focused on building strength, lengthening the spine, and challenging your balance.( 2-3 Muscle Action Drills are offered during sequence in addition to 1 challenging ‘peak posture’.) This is an exhilarating, refreshing and energizing class that links breath and movement; becoming meditation in motion. Power I + Guided Meditation features a 15 minute guided Savasana.

Power Vinyasa II

60 & 75 minutes Power Vinyasa Style class focused on building strength, lengthening the spine, and challenging your balance.( 3-5 Muscle Action Drills are offered during sequence in addition to challenging transitions with inversion(s) offered.)This is an exhilarating, refreshing and energizing class that links breath and movement; becoming meditation in motion.

Yoga HIT + Yoga HIT w| Weights

A 45 & 60 minute classes that incorporats natural body weight drills and high-intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie-burning effect. Option to use light weights at your own risk during Yoga HIT w| Weights. Recommended weight use/size between 2lb-10lb. These classes are sure to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing.

LYT Yoga

Founded by international yoga pioneer and Physical therapist Lara Heimann, LYT (Lara’s Yoga Technique) is a sophisticated method of practice that is based on the three principles of Physiology, Kinesiology and Neurology. With a core understanding of movement from a cellular level while highlighting the mechanics of how movement happens, LYT is an intense movement experience that systematically overrides the patterns of compensation and poor habits through an exploration of brain mapping and purposeful movement. Simple to both teach and practice, LYT classes emphasizing intelligent sequencing, smart cueing and alignment.
