45 minute Power Vinyasa Style classes focused on building strength, lengthening the spine, and challenging your balance.( 2-3 Muscle Action Drills are offered during sequence in addition to 1 challenging ‘peak posture’.) This is an exhilarating, refreshing and energizing class that links breath and movement.
